Acura ILX 2017 A-SPEC Package – Come with a bolder, Sportier Appearance
The Acura ILX 2017 model is a compact executive car for Honda’s luxury brand Acura. 2017 Acura ILX replaces the Canada-exclusive CSX and is a fresh model for the U.S. Like the preceding CSX, the Acura ILX relates to the Euro-spec Honda Civic. All Acura ILX’s are structured after the 2012-present Civic Sedan.
The Acura ILX will be Acura’s first compact sedan because the departure of the Acura Integra in 2001, and also will be Acura’s 1st compact auto since the retirement of Acura RSX in 2006. The 2017 Acura ILX is also Acura’s first cross types vehicle.
Acura ILX 2017 Design
The Acura ILX concept version was presented at the 2012 UNITED STATES International Car Show. Acura ILX 2017 : Specifications
Honda offers two four-cylinder fuel machines in this model, just like those in the CSX, TSX, and Civic Si. A cross model, Acura’s first, uses a 1.5 L four and shares its gas/electric powertrain with Honda’s current Civic Hybrid producing 111 horsepower (83 kW; 113 PS) at 5,500 rpm and 127 lb?foot (172 N.m) of torque between 1,000 to 3,000 rpm. The ILX is not sold in Japan.
The ILX will feature the standard 2.0-liter I4 engine making 150hp, or the Civic Si’s 201hp 2.4-liter I4 engine. The two 2.0-liter engine motor offers a 5 velocity automatic transmission while the 2.4-liter engine offers only a 6-quickness manual. The ILX Hybrid models feature a 1.5-liter I4 engine motor making 111hp hybrid from the Civic Cross types The EPA gasoline economy rating of the cross version is 39 mpg-US (6.0 L/100 km; 47 mpg-imp) for city and 38 mpg-US (6.2 L/100 kilometres; 46 mpg-imp) on highway travelling.
Acura ILX 2017 :Facelift
The refreshed 2016 Acura ILX was launched during November 2014 at the LA Car Show, and slated to go on sale in early 2015. It comes with the “Earth Dreams” direct injected 2.4-liter four-cylinder DOHC i-VTEC engine motor mated to the 8-acceleration dual-clutch transmission transmission that was first released on the Acura TLX.
Like the Acura RLX, Acura MDX and Acura TLX “Jewel Eyesight” LED headlamps (low and high beams) are standard as well as new LED tail lights. The Acura ILX 2017 A-SPEC Package “A-spec” trim will be offered with sporty external and interior styling enchantments.
