2017 Acura RLX Design

2017 Acura RLX Engine
A 3.5-liter direct-injection “Earth Dreams” VTEC V6 with and Variable Cylinder Management (VCM), along with a 6-speed automatic, gets EPA-estimated 20/31/24 mpg (city/highway / fuel consumption combined) and Maximum power is 310 hp and 272 Nm of torque. The system of fuel VCM works in 6- or 3-cylinder, the new model uses sophisticated engine bearings, which leads to the need for a 4-cylinder mode bypass in a lower NVH.
Acura RLX Hybrid models have the ability to enhance VCM well, with an additional start-stop system over fuel consumption, as well as the ability to rely entirely on electric power up to accelerate up to 58 mph with light. The hybrid also uses a dual clutch transmission 7 speed with an integrated 35 kW (47 hp), each rear wheel powered by an electric motor 27 kW (36 hp), with two rear electric motors overall electric motor. This configuration gives the hybrid system all four wheels torque vector strictly electric rear wheels.
A lithium-ion cell 72 1.3 kWh 66 lbs are located behind the rear seat. The total power is 377 horsepower and 341 lb-ft of torque in hybrid models. EPA estimated consumption improved to 28/32/30 mpg. 2017 Acura RLX Safety
